What I appreciate most is that she takes the time to understand what we actually need instead of making you feel like you’re just another policy. She is always willing to answer questions, explain things, and help us figure out what makes the most sense for our situation.

"Of course, it's never the intention to actually have to use our insurance coverage, but life happens. After fully remodeling a residential home attached to one of our commercial developments, a pipe in the kitchen burst and destroyed most of our finishes. Unfortunately, no one realized this for 3 days and there was a significant amount of remediation and reconstruction necessary. We had several difficulties with our claims process that led to delays and poor communication with our claim adjuster. When we realized things were not getting better, we reached out to Chris who is actually a broker and on the other side of the fence from the claims group l, but he was able to skillfully and quickly navigate the process to re-engage a new adjuster who was able to satisfy our claim very quickly. More importantly, Chris stayed with us throughout the process and even visited the property once or twice to check in on us. In my opinion, he's the kind of owner that goes above and beyond to accommodate customers and provides amazing service. That's rare these days and it made an otherwise difficult situation better. If you're looking at coverage and are considering state farm, I would highly advise Chris Spearman as your agent."
